Hallo Freunde,

wir haben leider eine schlechte Nachricht für euch. WHIPLASH müssen ihren Auftritt am KIT 13 absagen. Der Grund dafür ist, dass der Anwalt eines Bandmitglieds alle zukünftigen Auftritte von WHIPLASH untersagt hat, da sich sein Mandant inmitten eines Scheidungsprozesses befindet. Leider hatten wir bereits die Flüge gebucht und da wir zum einen nicht wissen, ob und wann wir unser Geld für die Flüge zurückbekommen und es zudem knapp drei Wochen vor dem Festival fast unmöglich ist, gleichwertigen Ersatz zu buchen haben wir uns entschlossen die Spielzeiten von ein paar Bands zu verlängern. Hier ist nun die hoffentlich endgültige Running Order:

Hi friends
Unfortunately we have some bad news. WHIPLASH had to cancel their show at KIT 13. The cause for that is, that the lawyer of one bandmember cancelled all future live shows of WHIPLASH because his client is going through a tough divorce. Unfortunately the flights were already booked and so we are right now trying to get back our already paid money from the band. Also because of that and the fact that it is simply impossible to book an equal band three weeks before the festival we have decided to let some bands play longer sets. So here is the hopefully final running order:

Going on an hour earlier is a GOOD thing.
1) KIT isn't like club shows so most people will show up well in time.
2) More time to drink after you've played :D

Ah yes, not complaining. Besides, after flying in from St. Louis, it will feel like midnight to us. ;-)

Me, I just hope you'll be as good as back then in Erlangen when I saw ANACRUSIS the first time around :)
