"Darkest Era have completed their new Mini CD, "The Oaks Sessions" The 3 track promo CD has been recorded by John Moffatt at Oaks Studios in Enniskillen and has art by Sgraffito. It contains 3 songs; 2 new tracks and a bonus re-recording of "Children of the Gods" from the Nemesis demo.
The two new tracks are a good indication of the kind of songs we are writing for our debut album; "An Ancient Fire Burns" is a natural progression from our last release while "To Face the Black Tide" in shows a darker, doomier side to the band and hinting at how the newer material is sounding. The CD is strictly limited to 250 copies and will be available from the band directly for the price of ÂŁ3, or pm for paypal address for postage.
