Had me a nice Brooklyn Brown Ale and a Harboe Dark Bear.
Been listening so far to the new Saxon, the new Mattias Eklundh solo album and Brand X's "TimeLine", latter "Assault Attack" by MSG will have it's time ;) +
I guess some old Fates Warning and John's solo will hit the player.
(maybe I should dig out Savatage's "Power of The Night")
Anyhow it will be a relaxed evening... :)

Great choice of music, Torben!

I just came home from my first ever RUSH-Concert - Man, that was AMAZING!!!
I'm too tired to write more - cu tomorrow...

Hey Torben!

Man, the concert was simply AMAZING!! Rush played over three hours, they played 28 songs or so) and delivered a great choice of old and new stuff. The sound was really HUGE, the light- and videoshow was very cool (the intro was Jerry Stiller in a Rush-Shirt, playing with the audience, playing air-guitar and so on...) and the band was in an amazing shape! My only complaint were the coverversion - I would have really preferred some Rush-classics instead. But overall a fantastic concert experience!!!

The setlist was like this:

Film Intro

* Finding My Way
* Anthem
* Bastille Day
* Passage to Bangkok

Ah, Torben:
when can we expect a new Anubis Gate-disc?

Hopefully late spring next year, but nothing is for certain yet.
We nearly have all songs in place (still needs some lyrics, arrangements and so forth) and recording starts in November.
Musically it's still very much Anubis Gate, but with some faster songs inbetween and even one extremely heavy. ;)
