Thanks for the link to that very informative chat with Earl. I remember the Bloodlust-EP and LP being announced for a reissue on Old Metal. Whatever became of that?

By the way, was Last Rites the thrash/power metalband that recorded a demo around 1990?

I mailed Earl about the Bloodlust reissue(s), as I was curious. He replied yesterday, saying King Fowley of Old Metal Records is still going to release the LP plus EP on one disc. Possibly with bonus tracks (demo, live), but that's not been confirmed yet.
I think a few encouraging words should help this long overdue project to finally see the light of day.
