Soul - Touching Solos is what I need from a band!

Hi! Respectful sacred metalheads,
Can anyone tell me which band is the most melodic as death or as power metal(Melodic in the sense where it evokes strong melodies in the song)
and also the ones which have long soul-touching solos(lead guitaring) and meaningful uplifting lyrics

For me in melodic death metal genre-Dark tranquillity, Through your silence, Amon amarth(Viking metal) has been fav's-(But these dont qualify for long guitar solos- Amon amarth may be)

In Power metal for long guitar solos it has been - Dragonforce, Nocturnal Rites, Blind Guardian, Helloween(Speed Metal) , Ritual Steel, Twisted Tower Dire

For meaningful lyrics- Helloween, Stratovarius, Dreamtale, Ritual Steel, Nocturnal Rites, DragonForce, Dream theater(Prog metal but also has long solos), Twisted Tower Dire
